Ruth Grover
Land Planner
Ruth Grover earned her Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies at Kirkland College in 1978 and a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 1981. Ruth has worked as an urban planner for nearly four decades, gaining experience in both the private and public sector. Ruth has worked for county planning departments in three different states and multiple counties within each state, developing an expertise in current planning and application administration. Ruth is a firm advocate of the current emphasis in urban planning on sustainability and social justice, and in the creation of quality pedestrian-scale mixed use developments. Ruth performs a variety of research and writing supportive of the attorneys in the office.
