DAVID S. LYNCH

Mr. Lynch joined the firm as an associate in 2010. He represents clients in a wide array of matters with a focus on land use, zoning, administrative, and environmental law. His practice includes personal injury litigation, traffic cases, and employment disputes. A significant portion of his practice involves appellate advocacy in the Court of Special Appeals and the Court of Appeals of Maryland.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lynch served as a law clerk for The Honorable Thomas E. Marshall of the Circuit Court for Harford County, Maryland.

 

Mr. Lynch received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2008, where he was Associate Articles Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and was a member of the Environmental Law Society. Mr. Lynch also was a recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award, for significant pro bono service in law school. He received his B.A. in English literature from the College of William and Mary in 2005.

 

Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice law in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association.
