Mr. Nelson has an active trial court practice. During his career, he has tried many jury cases in different courts. Formerly a partner at Anderson, Coe and King, where he handled medical malpractice defense, he now selectively handles medical malpractice and other cases for plaintiffs. Since he opened his own firm in 1997, he has obtained jury verdicts and settlements of $10,565,000. Those cases include verdicts of $5,600,000 and $717,825 in medical malpractice cases and of $650,000 and $407,000 in environmental cases.
